Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board also referred to as RSMSSB released recruitment notification on 29th August 2016 to all those who are interested and willing to apply for Gram Sevak Bharti. The selected candidates would be posted in the Rajasthan Revenue Board where they would hold the post of Gram Sevak or Hostel Warden as applied for.
The number of posts which are available are 3948, out of these 3648 would be posted as Gram Sevak and the other 300 would be posted as Hostel Wardens. Important dates: The notification was released on 29th August 2016. The online application stated from 1st October and the deadline for the same was 31st October. The examination date is 18th December 2016. Admit Cards have been released.
Examination pattern: The examination would be based on multiple choice questions. There will be a total of 100 questions and the time within which the questions are to be answered is 2 hours. There will be negative marking (1/3 for each wrong question) so make sure you do not attempt different answers for one question.
Application: As per the official notification around 8 lakh candidates have enrolled for the Rajasthan Gram Sevak Recruitment 2016. Since the application procedure is complete all those who have completed their application procedure are now required to download their Admit Cards. Only those candidates who have fully completed their application procedure have been issued Admit Cards, i.e. all those who have uploaded the necessary documents, filled in the details, and paid the fees for application are allowed to write the examination. Those whose application procedure remained incomplete would not be allowed to write the examination.
Admit Card: Candidates who have still not downloaded their Admit Card should do as soon as possible. Admit card is very important in order to write the examination. All those who do not possess the same will not be allowed to go through with the examination. The rules regarding the presence of Admit Cards are very strict as it shows the details of the individual and that the aspirant is eligible to write the examination. Therefore the following is the procedure to get the Admit Card:
Go to the official site which is stated above.
Click on the Admit card option available at the bottom of the page.
Select the option stating Download Admit Card for Gram Sevak and Hostel Superintendent.
Click on the Get Admit Card option at the right side of the page.
Once redirected, fill in the application number allotted at the time when the application was being filled. Also fill in the Date of Birth.
After doing do click on Get Admit Card. Your Admit Card would be displayed on the screen. Download and save the same.
Get a print out of the same as without it you will not be allowed to write the examination.
