BJP Says No Promise Of Tickets To Turncoats In UP Assembly Elections :- A new turnaround has been seen in UP coming elections as the press statement of state BJP chief Keshav Prasad Maurya on Tuesday said that none of the candidates have been promised party tickets if joining BJP. This has been done as to lessen feelings of party workers who are sure of getting tickets as soon as join BJP.
“All those who are willing to join BJP from parties like BSP and Samajwadi Party have not been promised any party tickets for the coming poll. They have joined us expressing faith with the party’s policies and working on Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” agenda Maurya told PTI in an interview.
Although winning candidates are always taken into considerations but it would be wrong as to think that those joining the party would be offered a ticket.
“It has been told that BJP would always safeguard the honor of core workers at every cost”. Maurya also confirmed that as the party is pro- worker, the members are having great aspirations along with expectations.
“Being a democratic country BJP is not assumed of dynasty politics as per expectations that an MLA’s son will end up being an MLA or an MP’s son will become an MP,”. Every worker is great and aspires to reach any of the post within the party lines.
However, there are too many applications being received for tickets for the upcoming polls but BJP workers are ready to accept all kind of party decisions taken on their behalf by senior members.
Maurya even told that a target of 265 seats was set for the coming UP polls as soon as he taken oath as the state unit chief.
“It has been concluded after calculations that they are going to win 300 seats as being the slogan of the state having 403 Assembly seats”.
On the question of demonetization, he told reporters that 98 percent people were happy with the decision but people having harmed interests of farmers, labor class and even anti- youth are unhappy.
However, the party is fully concerned about the happiness of the majority members and the PM decision is taken in national interest. The decision is a hard step against corruption and even against the enemy of the country needless to mention Pakistan.
“People those who are willing to win upcoming elections by muscle power and hard cash are really worried and their game is quite over as dreaming of votes in return for notes.
Modi’s demonetization drive has proved to be a great success especially among increasing aspirational voters who are tired of corruption and black money. The wider population is divided over fairness of the move.
The opposition class has also planned the entire election strategy again as per senior Uttar Pradesh leader of the Congress party Pradeep Mathur. They were concerned as to reflect a view with BJP, and taking care of elections in best ways. The election is really important from BJP point of view for managing corruption all around.
